Safety notes

• Before installation, please carry out a visual inspection to check whether the appliance has been damaged during transportation. If it is damaged, please inform the carrier or the manufacturer immediately.
• Do not allow any foreign objects, especially metal objects, to fall into the charging plug or the connection pins.
• Do not step on the cable and do not pull out the charging plug by force.
• Please do not use the charging cable outside its normal operating range of -30 to +50°C.
• The charging cable has an IP55 rating for dust and water. Please use it with caution under this IP55 rating.
• Protection class IP55 is only guaranteed if the vehicle connection is also equipped with a protection class of at least IP55.
• If the products are fully plugged into the vehicle connection with a degree of protection of less than IP55, the lower degree of protection of the two accessories must be checked.
• Please do not remove the protective cap. To protect the charging port from moisture and dirt, replace the protective caps after each use.
• Please do not pull the plug out of the EV input and the socket under load.
• Additional adapters and conversion adapters must not be used with this cable.
• Cable extension sets must not be used with this cable set.
• The maximum cable length must not exceed 5 m when used in Switzerland.
• Before use, please ensure that the charging adapters and the cable show no signs of scratches, rust or cracks.
• Before charging, make sure that the mains plug and socket are compatible in accordance with IEC 62196-2.
• DO NOT insert fingers into the charging plug.
• Use the product under normal conditions and not near erosive materials or high temperature ignition sources.
• Please ensure that the plug and connector are fully inserted until they are locked into place.
• It is recommended to carry out a routine safety inspection of the cable.
• Please do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the charging cable yourself. If maintenance or modification is required, please contact the manufacturer. Improper operation may result in damage to the device.
• Do not place any flammable, explosive or combustible materials, chemicals, flammable vapors or other dangerous goods near the charging cable, otherwise there is a risk of fire.
• Please keep the charging adapter clean and dry and wipe it with a clean, dry cloth if it becomes dirty. Do not touch the charging plug or the connection with your hand when it is charging.
• If the device does not function properly in accordance with the operating instructions, please do not use it To avoid injury, children or persons with reduced capacity are strictly prohibited from approaching the charging station
• Forced charging is strictly prohibited if the electric vehicle or the charging station fails.
• The electric vehicle can only be charged when the engine is switched off and stationary.
• It is strictly forbidden to use the charging station if the charging adapter or the charging cables are defective, cracked, worn or broken or if the charging cables are exposed. Please contact the supplier in good time if you discover such defects.
• Please load carefully during rain or thunderstorms.
• The charging cable is only suitable for EV charging applications.
• Please do not immerse the charging cable in water.
